Our Recruitment Process

1. Initial Screening

After submitting your online application, a member of our recruitment team will review it carefully. They will assess how well your experience aligns with the role and evaluate your overall suitability for joining NexGenOps.

2. Phone Interview

This initial interview helps us gain a deeper understanding of you, your background, and your professional profile. It’s also a great opportunity for you to determine whether NexGenOps is the right fit for your career goals. You’ll meet with a member of our recruitment team, who will be looking at how effectively you present your relevant experience and will take the time to learn more about your specific skills and strengths.

3. Face to Face / Zoom Interview

We invite shortlisted candidates to attend a face‑to‑face interview with the relevant hiring managers. This is an excellent opportunity for you to meet members of the NexGenOps team and get a real sense of the people you may be working with. During this interview, we will take a deeper look into your experience, technical capability, and overall suitability for both the role and NexGenOps as an organisation.
