At NexGenOps, we believe that business excellence is inseparable from social responsibility. We take the social value we add to our employees, clients, and community very seriously and are proud of the tangible contributions we make.
Our business was founded on the principle that technology should be a force for good. We are driven by the value we return to our ecosystem, with the consistent goal of influencing every interaction toward a positive outcome for society and the planet.
As an SME focused exclusively on back-office excellence (HR, Finance, and Supply Chain), we recognize our unique responsibility to influence the areas most crucial to a business’s social impact. We deliver on this responsibility through four key pillars:
1. Professional Advocacy & Community Influence
We curate and lead large networks of professionals across HR, Finance, and Procurement. Through our NexGenHub community, we actively influence the strategic direction of these sectors. This allows us to place social value at the forefront of the corporate agenda—championing inclusive people strategies, sustainable financial modeling, and ethical procurement. We use our platform to advocate for diversity and inclusion while minimizing environmental footprints across the industries we touch.
2. Client Process Transformation
In partnering with our clients to optimize Oracle HCM and ERP systems, we directly influence the policies that govern their workforces. We consistently promote adherence to—and exceeding of—global social standards. We highlight opportunities within their digital workflows where they can achieve better social outcomes, such as removing bias from AI-driven recruitment or enhancing transparency in supply chain sourcing.
3. Environmental Stewardship & Net Zero
NexGenOps is committed to minimizing the environmental impact of our digital and physical operations. By migrating legacy systems to the efficient Oracle Cloud, we help our clients reduce their energy consumption. Internally, we are aggressively pursuing a Net Zero target, which we are on track to achieve by or before 2030.
4. Consistent Philanthropic Support
Since our inception, we have directly contributed to a range of charities that deliver high-impact social change. Whether supporting digital literacy programs or local community foundations, philanthropy has been a core component of our financial framework since the day NexGenOps was founded.
Governance & Accountability
The NexGenOps Social Value Statement (SVS) is a living document. It was most recently reviewed and adopted on February 1, 2026, following a comprehensive audit by our Management Board, Talent Development Committee, and our Sustainability Taskforce.
Our action plan is reviewed on a monthly basis. We track our progress against specific KPIs, revising our statement as required to align with our ability to deliver, the urgency of the environmental emergency, and the evolving needs of the global economy.
